Master Open Class 18 · Sevillanas
Dancing with intention, body and natural presence

We held Master Open Class 18 at BG Flamenco Academy. The theme of this class was simple and deep: how to make Sevillanas look more beautiful, more natural and more alive.
This was not just about learning more steps. The work began with something essential: having a goal, feeling an intention and allowing the body to move from that intention.

Through simple movements, Benito guided the students into important flamenco details: axis, weight transfer, direction, pelvis, upper body, breathing and the way the body listens to the music.
The class was full of concentration, but also full of laughter. Everyone was learning, trying, making mistakes, trying again and enjoying the process together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, to those who came from far away, to those who joined for the first time and to everyone who continues learning with BG Flamenco Academy.
